At Rumina Natural Care Ltd, we reserve the right to amend prices at any time. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). While we strive to provide accurate pricing and advertised quantities, all orders are subject to availability and final confirmation by Rumina Natural Care Ltd.
If a product you have ordered is unavailable or priced incorrectly, we will notify you and either offer the correct price or suggest an appropriate alternative. We are not liable for the inability to supply products that are out of stock or no longer available.
All goods remain the property of Rumina Natural Care Ltd until payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel sales.

Payments

All credit card payments are securely processed by Stripe Payments using the latest encryption technology. Payments are not processed on this website’s servers.

Rumina Natural Care Ltd is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We will never share your personal details with third parties without your consent. The information we collect is used solely to fulfill your orders or to provide you with product information.
Financial details provided for credit card payments are securely processed by Stripe Payments on an encrypted server. This information is confidential and accessible only to authorised personnel processing your payment. We take all reasonable measures to store your personal information securely, and it is only accessible by those with appropriate permissions.
When your personal information is no longer required, we ensure it is securely destroyed. We guarantee that your personal details will not be used for any other purpose.

Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery. While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we aim to deliver your order within 5 working days of payment clearance. If for any reason we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will contact you. You will then have the option to cancel your order for a full refund or wait for your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

At Rumina Natural Care Ltd, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—new, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, email info@rumina.co.nz. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

The shipping cost to return the package is the customer’s responsibility.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, such as supplements or skincare products. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please get in touch before initiating a return.

Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
