My Brest Friend currently ships to locations only within New Zealand. We can only ship to a physical address, not to a PO Box. We are unable to ship internationally.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If you receive a damaged/defective product, please contact Customer Service at 0800 333 006 within 30 days of delivery. We will make every effort to replace your damaged/defective item with an identical replacement product immediately. We will pay for return shipping on damaged/defective items.
Please note that to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the damaged or defective item; you must contact our customer service department before returning the item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We regret that we do not accept international orders at this time.
