Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
At Rumina Natural Care Ltd, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—new, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, email info@rumina.co.nz. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
The shipping cost to return the package is the customer’s responsibility.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, such as supplements or skincare products. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please get in touch before initiating a return.
Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
